Review of Community Development Investments in Preparedness, Emergency Response and Recovery of Victorian Communities Experiencing Bushfire (2009), Department of Planning and Community Development Victoria. Project examining the literature in relation to the role of community development initiatives in disaster management and focus group and interviews held with facilitators from the Community Building Initiative to establish relationships.

Development of Community Action Plan for Wendouree West Community Renewal Project for Grampians Region, Department of Human Services Victoria, with Impact Consulting Group (2002)
Development of a Community Action Plan, identifying objectives and tasks for community and professionals to undertake in developing community capacity over a three year period. Emphasis upon consultation processes with residents of Wendouree West.
