Evaluation of the Longitudinal Surveys of Australian Youth (LSAY), Department of Education, Employment and Workplace Relations  (current) (2009-10), An evaluation of the effectiveness of a national program incorporating longitudinal surveys with representative samples of young people aged between 15-25 years, and an associated large scale commissioned research program conducted by national research centres and universities. Focus of LSAY on improved youth transitions policy and practice in Australia, particularly on pathways from compulsory schooling to further education, training and employment.

Strategic review of the Education Maintenance Allowance benefit for families in receipt of a Health Care Card, addressing issues of adequacy and developing options for future policy development.
