Anne Markiewicz and Associates received the Australasian Evaluation Society Indigenous Evaluation Award in 2008. This award was received together with the Department of Finance and Deregulation, Office of Evaluation and Audit (Indigenous Programs), for their evaluation of FaCSIA Family Violence Programs for Australian Aboriginal communities.

AES Awards Committee's comments were:

Based in Melbourne, the firm has been engaged as a project manager or team member in projects in Australia and internationally. The company has completed over 50 evaluation and review projects since its inception.
