Development of a Monitoring and Evaluation Plan for University of Oxford Queen Elizabeth House, Oxford, UK (2007/8) Development of a program logic, logframe and monitoring and evaluation plan for  the 'Young Lives' program - a 15 year longitudinal study of childhood poverty in four developing countries (Vietnam, Peru, India and Ethiopia) funded by Department for International Development UK.
